Museum Friends Tour of Pissarro's Impressionism
Museum Friends are invited to an exclusive tour of Pissarro's Impressionism, led by Angelica Daneo, Curator of European Art Before 1900.
This exhibition is the first major U.S. retrospective of Pissarro in over 40 years, celebrating the life and work of a visionary artist often referred to as the "father of Impressionism". The tour will highlight Pissarro's vibrant brushwork, personal letters, and evocative scenes, offering insight into both his artistic vision and the humanity behind his work.
This event will begin with a light reception in the Hamilton Building.
